Meet The Patriots!
Jeannine brings over 20 years of marketing, communication, and public relations experience to Patriot Realty. She holds the designations of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) from the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council, and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) from StagedHomes.com.
A graduate of Calvin
College with a degree in political science, Jeannine began her career with the Grand
Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, where she established and managed a number of
economic development and membership programs.
She left the chamber as Senior Vice President in 1990 to become the
Marketing Director of one of West Michigan’s largest law firms, Varnum,
Riddering, Schmidt & HowlettLLP.
While at Varnum, she implemented a comprehensive marketing program, which
included research, planning, advertising, and public relations.
In 1997, Jeannine joined the Grand Rapids Christian Schools as Director
of Communication, managing all of the publications, advertising, and media
relations for the 3,000-student school system.
Jeannine serves on the
Professional Standards Committee and on the Technology Committee of the
Grand Rapids Association of Realtors.
She also is a director of the Cross Creek North
Condominium Association, president of the Hess
Lake Improvement Association, and a member of the Sophie de Marsac Campau Chapter
of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Ron has over 30 years of
experience in business, finance, investments, mortgage banking, and real estate.
He has structured and negotiated a wide variety of transactions including
business and industry sales as well as commercial and residential real estate. Since 1991, Ron has operated Lemmon & Associates,
providing consultation on mergers, acquisitions, and real estate investments.
He has been active in the real estate business since 1989, and is the
president of Patriot Realty.
In addition to his
business interests, Ron is an assistant professor of business at Alma College
where he teaches finance, strategic management, and investments.
He received his bachelor of science degree in business summa
cum laude from
Aquinas College and his MBA from Western Michigan University.
Ron is a member of the
Grand Rapids Association of Realtors' MLS
Special Issues Committee and has served as a
member of many civic and community organizations including the City of Kentwood Planning
Commission, the City of Kentwood Zoning Commission, the City of Grand Rapids General
Pension Board, the City of Grand Rapids Police and Fire Pension Board, and is
past vice president of the Grand Rapids Community College Foundation.
He is a former on-air business and economic analyst for WOOD TV-8 and
columnist for the Grand Rapids Business Journal.
Ron and Jeannine have two children and attend Westminster Presbyterian Church. They have volunteered for numerous political campaigns for local, state, and national offices. Life-long residents of West Michigan, the Lemmons live on the northeast side of Grand Rapids and own a cottage on Hess Lake in Newaygo County.
Mary Suzanne, known as
“Sue,” has been in real estate for most of her life. How did she end
up in real estate? “It is really
where I started,” says Sue.
“My dad was a real estate broker and owner of Fred Brye Real Estate in

provides a successful as well as pleasant experience for her clients in the
buying and selling of their homes. Sue and her husband, Dick, reside in
the city of
Stephan R. Lemmon & Patricia A. Lemmon, ASP
Steve is a life-long resident of West Michigan and has over 35 years of experience in businesses, finance, construction, and real estate. From 1970 to 1997, he was president and co-owner of Lemmon & Snoap Manufacturing Co. Since 1995, he has been the chairman of Hi-Tec Building Services, Inc., managing a building maintenance company with over 300 employees and $6 million in annual sales. Steve also is a licensed builder and co-owner of R & S Cottage Builders, which specializes in the building and remodeling of cottages and lake homes.
Steve is an honorably
discharged veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Vietnam from 1968 to
1970. He is a graduate of Rogers High School and the past president of the
Crockery Lake Association. Steve and his wife, Pat, reside in Grandville and
have two adult children. Pat is also a licensed Realtor, and
Sue serves as the office manager for Patriot Realty, in addition to being a licensed Realtor. She is a West Michigan native who grew up in Sparta and lived in Rockford for many years. Sue has over 30 years of experience in business, with a focus on management and operations. She was the director of the Heritage-Tuttle Nursery School in Rockford and the co-founder and owner of Kentwood Colors, a paint, wallpaper, and decor store in Grand Rapids. She also is an experienced commercial property and casualty insurance agent, having worked in the field for Factory Mutual System in Chicago and Atlanta.
Sue has served the community in a variety of capacities, including as a past member of the Board of Directors of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rockford Board of Education. She has four sons and four grandchildren.
Andy has been in the real estate business for over three years. He focuses his practice both on commercial real estate and development as well as waterfront and recreational properties. Andy is a Grand Rapids native and grew up on Grand Rapids’ northeast side, where his family has operated Sietsema Orchards for 4 generations. He attended Grand Rapids Christian High School and Davenport University, where he studied business management. Andy is an assistant coach for the Grand Rapids Christian JV football team, and he and his wife, Mandy, are members of First Christian Reformed Church. The Sietsemas live on the northeast side of Grand Rapids and a parents of two.
